Business hours for bail payment are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding official county holidays. During those hours, accepted payment methods are cash, money order, or credit card.

After hours or on holidays, bail is handled at the Adult Detention Center reception lobby door off the circle drive at 101 4th Street SE, Rochester, MN. Depositors use the wall-mounted telephone receiver at the ADC lobby entrance to contact a deputy, then provide the exact bail amount for processing. After-hours ADC bail payments must be exact cash or money order only, and personal checks are not accepted.

Olmsted County accepts surety bonds if the bond is issued by an agent approved by the 3rd Judicial District of Minnesota. Confirmed release conditions may include Domestic Abuse No Contact Orders, electronic home monitoring, electronic alcohol monitoring, and GPS monitoring managed by D&O Community Corrections.
