The Cass County Jail - also operated under the name Cass County Detention Center - is a 60-bed adult county jail in Walker, Minnesota, run by the Cass County Sheriff's Office under Sheriff Bryan Welk. The facility holds both male and female inmates serving sentences of up to one year and handles pretrial detainees for the county.

When in-house capacity is reached, inmates may be transferred to an external housing arrangement at Itasca County, which adds up to 40 additional beds. In 2025, the jail processed 960 bookings with a daily average of roughly 32 inmates across both locations.

Posting Bail at Cass County Jail
