How the Nodaway County Inmate Search Works
The live roster at the top of this page serves as the Nodaway County inmate search tool. It is synced directly from official booking data and lists people currently identified as being held at Nodaway County Jail.
An inmate profile may display a photograph, full name, pending charge descriptions, statutory severity classifications, bond type, bond conditions, and bond amount. One profile may contain multiple charge and bond entries. Booking numbers, booking dates, and release dates are not among the confirmed displayed fields.
The official roster disclaimer states that the information is provided for convenience and that its accuracy or authenticity cannot be certified. Call the jail at 660-582-7451, Option 1, before acting on custody, charges, bond, transfer, or release information. The roster is a custody resource, not a court docket or court-record search.
Posting Bond at Nodaway County Jail
The court sets the bond amount, bond type, and release conditions. Before attempting payment, call 660-582-7451, Option 1, to confirm the person’s full name, custody status, case number, current bond amount, and accepted bond type.
To post bond through the jail lobby kiosk:
- Go to the Nodaway County Jail lobby at 404 N. Vine Street in Maryville and access the electronic kiosk.
- Select the detainee and bond obligation, then pay with cash or a credit or debit card.
- Confirm payment with on-duty lobby staff so discharge processing can begin.
The lobby kiosk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including after regular administrative hours. On-duty lobby jailers are available to assist. Depending on the case status, bond may also be handled through the Nodaway County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office during judicial business hours.
Surety bonds are accepted when authorized by the court’s bond order, including orders specifying “Cash or Surety.” Bail bond agents must be licensed by the Missouri Department of Commerce and Insurance under 20 CSR 700-6.

| Credit or debit card | 10% of the deposit |
Inmates may use deposited funds to purchase commissary products and phone time. These deposits are separate from bond payments. Prepaid phone-call accounts are managed separately through NCIC Inmate Communications.
Inmate Communication

Stellar Services and JailATM are listed for phone service, account setup, video calls, and electronic messaging. NCIC Inmate Communications manages prepaid phone-call accounts. Because the confirmed information identifies different providers for phone-related services, call the jail before adding phone funds if the correct account is unclear.
