About the Benton County Jail

The Benton County Detention Facility is a county jail located in Warsaw, Missouri. It houses pretrial detainees, post-conviction inmates, people awaiting transfer to the Missouri Department of Corrections, and federal detainees held under an agreement with the U.S. Marshals Service.
