About the Sequoyah County Jail
Sequoyah County Jail, also known as the Sequoyah County Detention Center, is located in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, and operated by the Sequoyah County Sheriff's Office. Larry Lane is the Sheriff, and Keysha Phelps is the Jail Administrator.
The county detention center houses pretrial detainees on felony and misdemeanor charges, sentenced county offenders, people being held for transfer to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, ICE 287(g) holds, and tribal holds.
The Sheriff's Office inmate system is integrated with OK VINE, or Victim Information and Notification Everyday, as an informational notification resource separate from the live jail roster.

How the Sequoyah County Inmate Search Works
The roster at the top of this page is the Sequoyah County inmate search and is synced directly from official booking data. It shows people currently listed in custody and does not serve as a long-term historical release archive.
Available roster fields include a booking photograph or placeholder, full legal name, permanent Inmate ID number, booking date and time, age, sex, race, residing municipality, and itemized charges. Listed charges reflect booking information and do not establish guilt or a conviction.
Users can search by name, sort by booking date, move through paginated results, and review the Daily Booking Report or 72-Hour Booking Report for recent bookings.
If someone no longer appears on the current roster, the person may have been released or transferred, or the custody system may be updating. Before acting on time-sensitive custody, case number, bond, transfer, or release information, call the inmate information line at (918) 776-9028.
The jail roster and court records serve different purposes. The roster shows physical custody and booking information, while the Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN) provides court-case information for Sequoyah County. OSCN is a court-record resource, not an inmate roster or an alternative to the live jail search on this page.
