About the Okmulgee County Jail
The Okmulgee County Criminal Justice Authority (OCCJA) operates the Okmulgee County Jail at 315 W. 8th Street in Okmulgee, OK, and the Moore Detention Center at 111 S. Alabama Avenue. The operation is classified as a Multi-Jurisdictional County Detention Center / Public Trust Holding and Correctional Facility.
OCCJA houses pretrial felony and misdemeanor detainees, sentenced county misdemeanants, municipal contract holds, U.S. Marshals Service detainees, ICE civil detainees, and tribal holds. A booking, charge, or hold does not establish guilt or a conviction.
Shannon T. Clark serves as Executive Director and Chief of Law Enforcement, Tim E. Lawson as Deputy Executive Director, and Aaron Swayze as Director of Operations. Eddy Rice is the Okmulgee County Sheriff; OCCJA, rather than the Sheriff's Office, operates the jail facilities.
OK VINE is integrated with the detention system as a victim-notification resource and is separate from the live jail roster.

How the Okmulgee County Inmate Search Works
The roster at the top of this page serves as the Okmulgee County inmate search for people currently held through the county detention system. It is synced directly from official booking data.
The roster provides detention and booking information, while the Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN) provides court-case information for the District Court of Okmulgee County. OSCN is not an inmate roster and can be searched by party name, case number, date range, case prefix, and docket or judge.
Electronic jail information is not a certified legal record. Before acting on bond, charges, case numbers, custody, transfer, or release information, call OCCJA at (918) 752-0983 to confirm the current status.
Posting Bond at Okmulgee County Jail
The applicable court determines the bond amount, bond type, and release conditions for an individual case. Before attempting to post bond, confirm the person's full legal name, current custody status, case number, current bond amount, and authorized bond type.
Call the jail at (918) 752-0983 to confirm accepted bond payment methods before coming to the facility.
Call the jail at (918) 752-0983 to confirm where the bond must be posted before traveling to the facility or courthouse.
Sending Money to an Inmate
OCCJA uses TIGER Commissary for inmate account deposits. Family and friends can add funds to an inmate account for approved commissary purchases.
Stamps, envelopes, paper, and pencils can be purchased through commissary. Eligible indigent inmates may qualify for certain writing supplies without charge.
Commissary deposits are separate from CIDNET phone or messaging accounts and from bond payments.
Inmate Communication
OCCJA uses CIDNET / Encartele for inmate telephone service. Inmates cannot receive incoming calls and may place outgoing collect or prepaid calls. Verified legal counsel may have unrecorded direct telephone access.
CIDNET Digital Mail provides electronic messaging and digital photo transmission. Family and friends can register and fund applicable communication accounts through CIDNET's online or mobile service.
For a family death or critical illness, contact OCCJA Administration at (918) 752-0983 or the Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office dispatch line at (918) 756-4311.
