How the Noble County Inmate Search Works
The roster at the top of this page is the Noble County inmate search. It is synced directly from official booking data and can be used to review people currently listed in custody.
Active inmate records may show a mugshot, full legal name, booking date, and criminal charges. The roster supports name searches, chronological sorting by booking date, pagination, and navigation between current inmates and recently released inmates.
Recently released records may include a mugshot, full legal name, town or residence, arresting agency, booking number, bond amount, release date, reason released, and charges. Custody information can change during database updates, so confirm important bond, charge, case-number, transfer, or release information with the jail before acting on it.
The jail roster is not a court docket. The Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN) and On Demand Court Records (ODCR) provide Noble County court-case information and are separate from the live custody roster on this page.
Posting Bond at Noble County Jail
The court sets the bond amount, bond type, and release conditions for an individual case. Before posting bond, confirm the person's full legal name, current custody status, case number, bond amount, and accepted bond type with the Noble County Jail at (580) 336-3517 ext. 2.
During regular judicial business hours, bond matters may be handled through the Noble County District Court Clerk's Office at 300 Courthouse Drive, Suite #1, Perry, OK 73077. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. Guaranteed funds submitted through the Court Clerk may be provided by cashier's check or money order payable to the County Court Clerk.
Commercial surety undertakings and initial booking releases may be processed through the Noble County Sheriff's Office/Jail at 721 Cedar Street. A commercial bondsman must hold an active Oklahoma Insurance Department license and maintain the required annual registration with the Noble County Court Clerk. The bond must be properly completed, notarized, and include the correct court case number.
Jail dispatch and operational intake are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Before traveling outside regular court business hours, call the jail to confirm the procedure for the specific bond.
Release conditions may include own-recognizance release, commercial surety bond, cash bond, a no-contact-with-victim order, time-served completion, and statutory appearance conditions. The applicable court order controls the conditions in an individual case.
