How the Muskogee County Inmate Search Works
The roster at the top of this page is the Muskogee County inmate search tool. It is synced directly from official booking data, can be searched by inmate name, and lists active inmates by booking date.
Roster entries may include current in-custody status, legal name, booking date, listed criminal charges, and a mugshot or photograph when available. An arrest, booking, listed charge, hold, or booking photograph does not establish guilt or a conviction.
The jail roster is not a court docket. State-court filings, judicial bond orders, hearing information, and case dispositions are maintained separately through the District Court of Muskogee County. The Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN) and On Demand Court Records (ODCR) are court-case information resources, not alternatives to the live inmate roster.
Posting Bond at Muskogee County Jail
The court sets the bond amount, bond type, and release conditions for an individual case. Before attempting to post bond or traveling to a payment location, call the jail at (918) 682-7851 to confirm the person’s full name, current custody status, case number, bond amount, and accepted bond type.
Cash bonds are paid in person at the Muskogee County District Court Clerk’s Office, 200 State St., 2nd Floor, Muskogee, OK 74401. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and remains open during the noon hour. Payment may be made by cash, cashier’s check, or money order payable to “The County Court Clerk.” Personal checks are not accepted.
Appearance bonds, tribal bonds, and surety undertakings are processed at the Muskogee County Detention Center, 122 South 3rd St., or may be submitted electronically by licensed bail bondsmen. Surety appearance bonds must be executed by an Oklahoma-licensed bail bondsman registered with the Muskogee County District Court Clerk.
Release conditions may include personal recognizance, compliance with victim protective or no-contact orders, public-safety risk evaluations, and court-ordered electronic monitoring or GPS supervision.
Sending Money to an Inmate
Online inmate deposits and commissary purchases are handled through JailATM in connection with Benchmark Government Solutions. This inmate-account system is separate from City TeleCoin inmate communications and from bond payments.
A public deposit kiosk is located in the Muskogee County Detention Center lobby. The kiosk accepts cash and credit or debit cards.
Money may also be mailed for an inmate by money order. The money order must include the inmate’s full legal name and be mailed to Muskogee County Jail, 122 South 3rd St., Muskogee, OK 74401. Do not send cash or personal checks through the mail.
Commissary orders must be placed by lockdown on Wednesday night. Orders are distributed on Friday, or on the next business day when Friday is a holiday.
