How the Phillips County Inmate Search Works
The Phillips County inmate search is the live roster at the top of this page. The roster is separated into “Current Inmates” and “48 Hour Release” views. Roster fields include name, booking number, booking date, charges, and bond amount, while the 48 Hour Release view also lists release date.
Users can sort active roster records from newest to oldest or oldest to newest. The active roster can also be filtered alphabetically by selecting the first letter of an inmate’s last name. These tools help users narrow records by custody status, release view, booking date, or last name.
The Phillips County jail roster is an administrative booking log, not a court docket or certified court records search. The Sheriff’s Office states that the detention center cannot certify the accuracy or authenticity of roster information. Call the Sheriff Jail Line before acting on charges, bond amounts, case numbers, custody status, or release information.
Posting Bail at Phillips County Jail
Bail is set through the court process, not by the jail. Before coming to a facility or contacting a bond company, call the Sheriff Jail Line at (870) 816-5881 to confirm the current bond amount, charge information, case number, payment location, and accepted payment methods.
Phillips County roster information lists active bonds as “Cash or Surety.” Authorized bond companies must coordinate directly with staff to verify bond terms. Because full payment instructions are not listed in the county data, users should confirm details before attempting to post bail.
Sending Money to an Inmate
For the state-run Phillips County Detention Center, Arkansas Department of Corrections uses Tiger Online for inmate trust account deposits. Deposit rules for local county detainees may depend on the facility where that person is housed, so confirm the correct process before sending money.
Paper money orders are prohibited at the state-run Phillips County Detention Center as of May 31, 2025. Telephone money orders are prohibited as of January 1, 2025. A $20.00 Booking & Administration Fee is assessed under Arkansas Code Annotated § 12-41-505.
Inmate Communication
Phillips County Detention Center uses Securus Technologies for prepaid phone accounts and AdvanceConnect. Inmates cannot receive incoming calls. They can make outgoing collect or debit calls to pre-approved numbers using coinless telephones.
To set up phone contact, the inmate must provide a Visitation/Telephone Contact Request and Authorization Form. Once approved, accounts can be funded through Securus Technologies, by calling 1-800-844-6591, or through IVR at (501) 474-6460.
Video visitation and video calls are available through ICSolutions, using “The Visitor” video visitation system and the “ICS MOBILE” app. JPay provides Email & VideoGram and JPay Tablets through one facility kiosk.
For mail, the Sheriff’s Office mailing address is PO Box 450, Helena, AR 72342. Calls and non-legal mail may be monitored, while confidential legal communication should be handled under facility rules.
