How the Cleburne County Inmate Search Works
The live roster at the top of this page serves as the Cleburne County inmate search and is synced directly from official booking data. The Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Division manages the public roster.
Use the on-page keyword search to locate an inmate listing, choose to display 10, 25, 50, or 100 entries, or move through the roster using page navigation. Roster entries may display a photo or mugshot, last name, first name, middle name, age, sex, booking date, race, height, and weight.
The default roster view does not display charge details, bond amounts, release dates, arresting agencies, or booking numbers.
The jail roster and court records serve different purposes. The roster provides jail custody and inmate information, while Just One Look and Alacourt.com provide Alabama state trial-court information. Neither court-record service is an inmate roster.

Sending Money to an Inmate
Online inmate trust-account deposits are handled through Inmate Canteen. A self-service kiosk in the jail’s visitation area also accepts cash deposits.
Money orders are not accepted for inmate commissary accounts, and deposits cannot be mailed because incoming inmate mail is restricted to postcards without envelopes. The $35 money order required for property-bond processing is separate from inmate commissary deposits.
Approved commissary purchases include snacks, pens, paper, stamps, soaps, shampoos, and hygiene products. Phone accounts are set up separately through Combined Public Communications / Inmate Sales.
Inmate Communication
Cleburne County Jail uses Combined Public Communications (CPC) / Inmate Sales for inmate phone service. Family members can set up a phone account through Inmate Sales or contact CPC Customer Service at 1-702-829-3001.
Call the jail at 256-463-7336 to confirm current inmate phone rules and whether inmates can receive messages or only place outgoing calls.
Inmate mail is limited to postcards and should be addressed to:

Court records can be searched by name, case number, or docket. Docket searches can be filtered by county, setting date, and an optional last name. An on-site public access computer is also available in the courthouse law library.
Available case information may include basic case details, party information, case status, court settings, court actions and rulings, financial history and costs, a case-action summary, and available document images or attachments. Public court calendars and trial dockets are also searchable through the AlaCourt docket list search.
Just One Look and Alacourt.com are court-record resources, not inmate-search tools. Confidential cases, including Juvenile (JU), Youthful Offender (YO), and Adult in Need of Protective Services matters under Ala. Code § 38-9-6, are excluded from online public viewing and require direct verification through the clerk’s office. Some cases may also be absent from the electronic docket.
For any court appearance, the official hearing notice, summons, docket entry, or court order controls the date, time, location, division, judge, and appearance format.
