How the Custer County Inmate Search Works
The roster at the top of this page serves as the Custer County inmate search and is synced directly from official booking data. Available roster information can include the person's full name, booking date and time, pending charges, current in-custody status, an inmate image or placeholder, and the active in-custody inmate count.
Users can search directly by inmate name or review the roster chronologically by booking date. A booking, listed charge, custody status, or inmate image does not establish guilt or a conviction.
The roster provides custody and booking information. The Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN) and On Demand Court Records (ODCR) provide court-case information and are not alternative inmate rosters.
Posting Bond at Custer County Jail
Bond amount, bond type, and release conditions are determined through the court process. Before attempting to post bond, confirm the person's full name, current custody status, case number, bond amount, and accepted bond type.
During normal business hours, bond can be paid through the Custer County District Court Clerk's Office at 675 West "B" Street in Arapaho. Jail-based bond intake is also available through the Custer County Sheriff's Office or Detention Center at 300 North 7th Ave. Call the office at (580) 323-1616 before traveling to confirm the appropriate location and accepted payment method for the specific bond.
Commercial surety bonds are accepted when the bondsman is licensed by the Oklahoma Insurance Department and is current on the Custer County District Court Clerk's approved list.
A court may authorize release on an Own Recognizance (O.R.) bond. Appearance bonds may also include a Victim Protective Order (VPO) or no-contact conditions.
Sending Money to an Inmate
Prodigy Solutions provides online inmate deposits and commissary management for Custer County Jail. Commissary deposits are separate from bond payments.
A deposit kiosk is located in the Sheriff's Office lobby at 300 North 7th Ave. and is available 24 hours a day. The kiosk accepts cash and credit or debit cards. Before 8:00 a.m., after 4:00 p.m., and on weekends, use the entrance call button to access the lobby.
Money orders may also be mailed directly to an inmate. Include the inmate's full name on the money order and address the envelope to:
[Inmate Name]
PO Box 40
Arapaho, OK 73620
The envelope must be addressed to the inmate rather than the Sheriff's Office. Reception does not accept hand-delivered mail or money orders.
Separate from commissary deposits, incarceration costs may be assessed after a conviction or deferred sentence, including booking, processing, and per-day lodging, subject to the court's consideration of the person's ability to pay under 22 O.S. ยง 979a. Court dockets also reflect a $10 Medical Expense Liability Revolving Fund assessment.

Custer County Court Information
The District Court of Custer County is an Oklahoma state trial court of general jurisdiction within the 2nd Judicial District. For jail-related case checking, listed divisions include Felony (CF), Misdemeanor (CM), and Traffic (TR).
Staci Hunter is the Custer County Court Clerk. The Oklahoma State Courts Network (OSCN) and On Demand Court Records (ODCR) provide Custer County court-case information. Searches are available by party name, case number, and filing date.
Court records may include case numbers, filing dates, parties, attorneys, scheduled hearings, docket entries, and bond amounts. Public court calendars are available through OSCN Daily Dockets and ODCR calendar tools. OSCN online docket information is a non-official summary rather than the official court record.
For in-custody proceedings, appearances are handled by video conference or telephone, and criminal dockets involving in-custody defendants receive scheduling priority. For proceedings that do not require live witness testimony, the court information provides a presumption in favor of video conference or telephone, with the presiding judge determining the platform. The applicable hearing notice, docket entry, or court order controls the date, time, location, and appearance format for a specific proceeding.
Staci Hunter is also the identified open-records contact. Requests for existing records maintained by that office are separate from the live jail roster and from OSCN or ODCR court-case access.
