How the Pulaski County Inmate Search Works
The live roster at the top of this page is the Pulaski County inmate search tool. It displays current custody information from the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office Current Inmate Roster, which is maintained through the Zuercher Portal. Users can check whether a person currently appears in PCRDF custody without leaving this county page.
The jail roster covers detention and custody information managed by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and PCRDF. It is not a court docket or a complete court records search. Legal case records are maintained separately through Search ARCourts and the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk’s Court Records Search system.
Posting Bail at Pulaski County Jail
Bail is set by the court, not by PCRDF. Before traveling, call PCRDF at (501) 340-7001 to confirm that the person remains in custody and to verify the current cash-bond procedure.
Cash bonds for people held at PCRDF are processed by the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office Judicial Division. The Judicial Division is in the basement of the Pulaski County Courthouse at 401 West Markham in Little Rock.
Cash is accepted for PCRDF cash-bond payments. The Judicial Division handles these transactions during normal courthouse business hours, but an exact public hour range is not listed.
Sending Money to an Inmate
Money can be deposited into an inmate’s PIN Debit Account through CSG Pay. Commissary deposits can be made through Access Catalog. PCRDF also has a lobby kiosk that accepts cash or credit cards for inmate account deposits.
Aramark supplies food and hygiene products at the facility. TTO, also identified as Fresh Favorite ordering, is currently suspended.
A $40 booking and administration fee applies to a person convicted of a felony or Class A misdemeanor under Arkansas Act 372 of 2019 and Arkansas Code § 12-41-505. This statutory charge applies after a qualifying conviction and is not listed as a fee for each inmate deposit.
