Posting Bail at Greene County Jail

Cash bail is paid to the Sheriff's Department dispatch unit or at the lobby window. Dispatch accepts cash bail 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Cash bail payments are subject to a 10% nonrefundable Arkansas bail fee.

Greene County Court Information
Greene County criminal cases are handled through both circuit and district court. Felony cases are heard in the Second Judicial Circuit Circuit Court and are assigned to Divisions 1, 9, and 11, with drug court in Division 7. Misdemeanor cases, ordinance violations, traffic citations, and preliminary felony matters are processed in District 17 State District Court through the Paragould and Marmaduke departments.
The court handles arraignments, bail hearings, pretrial proceedings, trials, sentencing, and case proceedings.
