The Caddo County Detention Center, also known as the Caddo County Jail and Caddo County Justice Center, is a county detention facility in Anadarko, Oklahoma. It houses pretrial detainees, people serving misdemeanor sentences, people held in connection with felony cases, and individuals detained on Caddo County or municipal warrants.
Spencer W. Davis is the current Caddo County sheriff, and Chance Britain serves as Jail Administrator. The Oklahoma Department of Corrections is among the agencies regularly associated with bookings at the facility.
The roster at the top of this page serves as the Caddo County inmate search. Users can filter records by name, review bookings in chronological order, check the Recent Bookings list, and access the printable 72-Hour Booking Report.
Roster entries may include the person’s full name, booking date and time, inmate ID number, gender, race, age information, city of residence, listed charges, and whether a booking photo is available. An arrest, booking, charge, hold, or booking photo does not establish guilt or a criminal conviction.
People who have been released or transferred may no longer appear on the active roster. Call the jail before relying on a roster entry for decisions involving custody, bond, transfer, or release.
The jail roster is not a court docket. On Demand Court Records, commonly called ODCR, provides Caddo County court-case information but is not an alternative inmate search. OK VINE is an informational custody-notification resource and is not the source of the jail roster.
The Caddo County District Court determines the bond amount, bond type, and release conditions for each case. Before attempting to post bond, call the jail at (405) 247-6666 to confirm the person’s full name, current custody status, active case number, bond amount, accepted bond type, payment method, and required payment location.
Caddo County accepts bond documents from licensed bondsmen registered with the county. Documents must be complete, notarized, and include all active case numbers. The Court Clerk may reject incorrect or incomplete paperwork, and errors may result in the defendant being taken back into custody. The bondsman is responsible for the accuracy of the documents.
Release conditions may include a mandatory no-contact order prohibiting direct or indirect communication with an alleged victim or witness. The court’s written order controls all conditions of release.
The following jail and bond-related fees are listed:
| Fee | Amount |
|---|---|
| Incarceration cost under 22 O.S. § 979a | $70.00 |
| Bond fee | $10.00 |
| Bondsman fee | $25.00 |
| Power fee | $2.50 |
Confirm which fees apply to the individual case before making a payment.
The inmate deposit kiosk in the office lobby is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It accepts cash and credit cards for deposits to inmate accounts.
Mailed money orders and paper checks are not accepted and will be returned to the sender. Do not include cash, money orders, checks, or other physical valuables with regular inmate correspondence.
Commissary orders must be submitted by 5:00 a.m. CST on Monday for Tuesday delivery. An inmate account deposit is separate from funding an NCIC telephone account and cannot be used as a bond payment.
NCIC Inmate Communication Systems provides inmate telephone service, electronic messaging, tablet or kiosk access, and video communication. Prepaid telephone accounts may be established through NCIC.
Call the jail at (405) 247-6666 to confirm whether inmates can receive incoming calls or only place outgoing calls.
Address regular inmate correspondence as follows:
Inmate Name, Inmate ID#
Caddo County Jail
PO Box 591
Longview, TX 75606
Regular mail is processed outside the facility in Longview, Texas. Correspondence is scanned and uploaded to the inmate’s tablet or kiosk profile within 24 hours rather than delivered in its original physical form.
Only legal mail and approved privileged mail are physically delivered. Legal mail must come from an official law office, include the inmate’s ID number, and be checked for contraband in the inmate’s presence.
Do not send cash, money orders, physical items, or material that threatens facility security. Mail from a former inmate who was released less than six months earlier is also prohibited. Books and magazines must be ordered and shipped directly from a publisher or authorized distributor.
Caddo County Jail does not offer face-to-face visitation. Visits are conducted by video through NCIC Inmate Communication Systems using either the lobby kiosks or remote video access.
| Visit Type | Availability | Scheduling | Duration |

A required 10-minute interval applies between visits. Each inmate is limited to two visits per day.

Individual case records may include the case number, charges, assigned judge, prosecuting and defense attorneys, bond amount, docket entries, court costs, and hearing or trial dates. Confidential or private information may be restricted under 51 O.S. § 24A.5.
